Protect your trip with confidence! Pontiki now offers trip protection on all public cruises. This optional coverage provides guests with a full refund if they are unable to attend their scheduled cruise. Please note that effective May 15, 2026, gift certificates will no longer be available for refunds.

For private cruises that are over 3 hours in duration or for private cruises with 20 or more guests, a gratuity of 20% is suggested due to the extensive set up and service. Guests are welcome to adjust the gratuity based on their experience. All cruises after 8:00 p.m. will have an automatic gratuity added.

Beer, wine, hard seltzers, and water included with the price of every ticket. All food brought onboard any vessel in the Pontiki fleet must be approved in advance before your cruise.

All cruises include a Captain, and involves sightseeing, and music! This Karaoke Sunset Cruise will take place on the PonTiki fleet, a floating event venue! What to (and What Not to) Bring Onboard

Refreshments

Every PonTiki cruise is stocked with beer, wine, hard seltzers, bottled water, and ice. Please remember that PonTiki’s alcohol licensing strictly prohibits any hard liquor on the boats. If you bring any hard liquor on board, the cruise is unable to depart.
Coolers

The boat has coolers with ice where you may store limited amounts of food or refreshments. You are allowed to bring your own coolers on board, but please know that we do have cooler space available and additional coolers are probably not necessary.
Dogs

Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed on the boats due to hygiene and sanitary conditions.
Beach Stuff

We provide footballs, floating lilly pad and more. You are encouraged to bring towels and sunscreen, but we ask that you please refrain from aerosol (spray) sunscreen, as it gets onto everything (including food, couches, walls, and our staff!) when sprayed, and it generally causes a mess onboard.
